Druzied Elestial Smokey Quartz

This quartz is not only special because of its smokey appearance, but because of its skeletal growth patterns caused by unstable conditions, causing the sides of the crystal to grow faster than the faces, giving it their trademark irregular shapes. The persistence of elestial crystals are perfect for connecting to the higher parts of the self as they help us navigate the less than perfect conditions we sometimes find ourselves in. The druzy is a small cluster of small crystal formation on the face of the larger quartz form. They are created when water interrupts the growing process by depositing minerals onto the forms surface when evaporated. Druzies are thought to strengthen the spirit by welcoming inner peace and harmony.
